Gave my kids an impromptu lesson on welfare and communism (we were reading about FDR/social security, etc.) using what was within reach in the kitchen:
a cleaning bottle (the working man),
empty eyeglass case (the poor),
and a big box of circus animal cookies (the government)
You are amazing ... I want to hear more of what was said. And I love homeschooling too. I feel we are blessed among women to have this privilege. Keep shaping the next generation - I can't think of anything else I would rather spend my time doing. Love you.
